Is this ok in public?

I was at a baseball game with my gf, it was a college game not pro. So we were watching and then she starts kissing me and then she sat on top of me making out with me and then after she sat on my lap for the rest of the game. Was this ok in public but there werent to many people there but I we looked we were going to rip our clothes off
