Spots on my teeth from braces?

okay, so i don't really know IF i do yet, but here goes: i have braces. i am kinda worried i am going to have little spots on my teeth where my brackets are. i havent been taking the best care of my teeth lately, and they werent very good when i got them on either. but if i do end up having spots, is there any cheap easy way to get rid of it?
