Does this girl like me?

I know this question is asked a lot bit i really need help. I've known this girl for a while now and we sneak out and go to mcdonalds or come back to my house and watch movies. So one day I picked her up with a couple of her and my friends and my parents werent home so we all went to my house. Almost everybody starred like taking rooms and making out and I was snuggling with this girl an spooning. She was like hugging me an flirting but it was as If ahe wasn't letting me make a move to kiss her or do anything else and I know she's not pride so that's not it and I'm pretty sure I'm not in the friend zone either. We txt a lot and I just don't know whether she likes me and I should try harder to make a move next time or she just doesn't like me.
