CHANGED MY NUMBER AND NO ONE CAN TEXT ME NOW HELLLLLLLPPPPPP?

I changed my number back on saturday, because i have a harrassing ex bf...so the police told my mom to change my number. and they said it wasnt going to work entirely til monday...my texts werent working,,,i could text people..but if someone tried to text me apparently it says " delivery failed..invalid destination" or something of that sort. well now its 1240am tuesday and i still cant recieve texts!!!! What is going on...how can i recieve and send texts..theres no use, if only i can send them.
